Ian is responsible driving strategic expansion, operational improvements, heads up the day to day running of Flexi Group. Ian has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years, starting as an injection moulding operative, later progressing to Equator Technician which led him into training staff in processes around the globe, before rebuilding machine plant in the UK, later progressing to Manufacturing Manager.

Craig’s role consists of estimating, new product development and sales for Flexi Group. Craig has over 10 years working in the Construction Industry. In Craig’s prior 20 years his working career revolved around the Industrial Automotive Sector, Military, Aeronautical, Rail, Marine, Off Road Construction Machinery and Heavy Duty Trucking.

Lee has worked for the Alloy Fabweld Group for over 25 years starting at just 19 as a trainee fabricator. Lee has worked on a variety of projects across architectural metalwork and fabricating and now leads workshop operations and staff training for Flexi Group.

Chris’ role is to lead the design team and provide technical support. 16 years’ experience within the construction industry as draughtspersons working on variety types of projects, specialising in Structural & Architectural Steelwork. Diverse experience gain within Commercial, Residential & Railway projects, enjoys problem solving and new challenges.
