Ian Payne Announced as Managing Director of Flexi Group

We are delighted to announce that Ian Payne has been promoted to Managing Director of Flexi Group. Ian has demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedication, and a commitment to operational excellence, making him the perfect choice to lead Flexi Group into its next phase of growth. In his new role, Ian will be responsible for driving strategic expansion, operational improvements, and ensuring the continued success of the business.

 This announcement comes alongside recent leadership updates across the Alloy Fabweld Group, at Alloy Fabweld, where Dean Maidstone has been appointed Managing Director, and Bill Williams will be stepping down as CEO at the end of March 2025, transitioning into a Specialist Advisor role within the AF Group. Meanwhile, Shaun Pledger continues to provide strong leadership as Group Managing Director.
