2) Future Build 2023 Showcase
At Future Build 2023 at ExCel London, we proudly exhibited a range of cutting-edge products, including Flexi Stair, Flexi Edge, and a sneak peek into our brand new product launch of Flexi Socket. Our commitment to advancing offsite stair formwork solutions and balcony systems was on full display to industry leaders.
3) Advocating Work Placements at Colchester Institute
Flexi Group took part in a recruitment event at Colchester Institute, showcasing their commitment of engaging with work placements and apprenticeships across the AF Group. Sharing insights and opportunities, Flexi Group are dedicated to nurturing talent in the construction industry.
4) Secured Clarendon Project with Regal London
Celebrating a significant achievement, Flexi Group secured work at Clarendon with Regal London, installing 6 cores of our innovative Flexi Socket and Flexi Balustrade system. Revolutionising precast stair installations, this system eliminates the need for drilling and hot works, ensuring efficiency and safety.
5) Supported the Great Dunmow Soap Box Race
In collaboration with our AF Group partners, Flexi Group proudly supported the UK’s largest independent soap box race. Conquering jumps and turns, we raced to raise funds for local charities, embodying our commitment to community support.
6) Flexi Socket Revolution
Flexi Group launched the game-changing Flexi Socket, simplifying balustrade installations on precast stairs. This cast-in-connection solution eliminates complex steelwork, welding, and drilling, ensuring immediate fall protection and enhanced efficiency.

7) Successful Completion at Fulton Road
Flexi Group achieved a milestone with the completion of our first Flexi Socket project at Fulton Road, securing 10 cores for efficient balustrade installations without drilling or hot works. This system redefines industry standards, prioritising rapid, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
8) Abbey Quay Phases Completed with Flexi Edge
Flexi Edge played a crucial role in completing phases at Abbey Quay, Barking with our Flexi Edge concrete balcony system. Featuring pre-mounted balustrade anchors, this innovative system streamlines installation, saving time, reducing costs, and improving overall health and safety on-site.
9) Growing Flexi Team
Welcoming eight new members to the Flexi team, we expanded our manufacturing and design capabilities to meet the demands of our forward order book. Join us in extending a warm welcome to these talented individuals embarking on an exciting journey with Flexi Group.
