As we approach the close of 2024, we thought we’d reflect on another remarkable year at Flexi Group. From groundbreaking projects and exciting product launches to welcoming new talent and celebrating milestones, this year has been nothing short of flextraordinary. 🚧 Building the Future Together
We kicked off the year with significant collaborations that showcased the power of Flexi’s innovative systems:
- Central Middlesex Hospital Project
Partnering with Durkan, we supported their RC team to make incredible progress using our Flexi Stair and Flexi Balustrade systems. The benefits were clear: improved installation speed, enhanced health and safety, and no need for hot works in the core. - Loxford Lane Project with Coinford Ltd and Lovell Partnerships
We’re proud to supply our Flexi Stair system across four blocks (4-6 storeys) serving 159 homes in East London. This project exemplifies how Flexi supports urban development efficiently and innovatively. - Historic Collaboration in Bethnal Green
Working with STATOM Group Ltd. on St Williams: Broadway East, we supplied Flexi Socket and Flexi Balustrade systems across 7 cores. The project’s historic gas holder frames—the oldest surviving on Regent’s Canal—added a layer of legacy to this modern development.
🌟 New Product Launch: VEBOX by Flexi
Innovation has always been our driving force. This year, we introduced VEBOX, a new addition to our lineup that redefines how we meet customer needs. Stepping outside our traditional offerings, VEBOX signals a bold direction for Flexi Group—and the response has been fantastic!
💡 Exciting Collaborations and Installations
- Silvertown Success
Partnering with Oranmore Precast & PCE Limited, we showcased the efficiency of our Flexi Socket system, speeding up precast stair installation at this iconic East London development. - Byng Street Project near Canary Wharf
In collaboration with 4D Structures Ltd., we supplied Flexi Stair, Flexi Balustrade, and wall rails across three cores, each up to 31 floors. Our commitment to seamless coordination with project schedules continues to deliver exceptional results.
